Special selected PU/Epoxy and PVC plastisol material are used as coating film( PVC plastisol can be embossed to versatile texture).The coating thickness, top prime can reach 5, top coat can reach 15 to 25, back prime can reach 2,back coat can reach 5 to 12. The coating processing take 6 coat 4 bake method of paint application, provides the pre-painted steel flat with good adhesion and extro resistance against abrasion, i***ct, chemical corrosion and weathering. At present, mill can provide more than 30 different colors and also can offer other colors according to your special designs. |
